These entries are special 7" releases from the London era which did not fit into other series.
In 1969, a few copies of the album 'Beggars Banquet' were pressed in the UK on London [Decca UK had no contract with King records but London US did] with the US catalogue number [PS 529] for export to Japan only [!].
Distributed with a 1-sided 331/3 rpm promo 7" flexi disc [P-83] in exclusive picture sleeve containing a telephone call with Mick Jagger, recorded on April 17, 1968, this album also contained two 12"x12" inserts-lyric sheets with Japanese translation of the interview. Some LPs also came out with an Obi or on white labels.
This set is very rare and inspired Record Collector UK magazine in the 90's for their 'Diggin' for gold' page. A replica of the 7" flexi and its cover was made by Abkco USA in november 2018 for the 50th anniversary reissue of 'Beggars Banquet'.
At the peak of the compilations era, two double deluxe LP sets with booklets and OBI from the GEM series were distributed with bonus 7" singles in art titled sleeves.
'Little Queenie' / 'Love In Vain' [Q4] came with the GEM 5-6 LPs set, and 'Poison Ivy' / 'She Said Yeah' with 'GEM 119-120' [white promo labels exist].
Strangely, London issued the Italian version of 'As Tears Go By' - 'Con Le Mie Lacrime' [IS-1003] - coupled with 'Money' on a promo-only single in black & white insert sleeve in 1982.
The ultimate reissue was 'Satisfaction' [S05P 1107] - with its original UK B-side 'The Spider & The Fly' - which offered two different insert sleeves.
The first revisited the HIT 511 single, the second used pictures from a Japanese movie whom the song was the soundtrack.
Both singles sport the London grey labels from the 80's. The first is very rare.
