The EP format - implied by the mention 'Füllschrift' on labels - was not popular in Germany and all these releases are hard to find.
The first EP is exclusive to Germany, with its front as a miniature of the band's debut album cover. Tracklisting is the same as the first British EP except that 'Money' - already issued on single here as the flip of 'I Wanna Be Your Man' earlier that year - was swapped for 'Good Times, Bad Times'.
The three UK export EPs find here their German versions with minor differences only: 'Five By Five' has its tracklisting in reverse order, and 'She Said Yeah' PS misses the external white border.
The 'Heart Of Stone' EP in May 1965 already re-uses the first LP shot for a different cover than the French and Dutch editions.
Promo white label versions of these EPs exist although some still have to be documented.
The rare 6-track 'Album Play' EP turning at 331/3 rpm and issued in 1968 is unique to Germany. Supposedly for jukeboxes - which could not play it, it should be considered as a promo only item and is very scarce. It was heavily counterfeited, until the 2000's.
