In 1978, the band is distributed by EMI-Electrola. A global marketing policy wants that from now on all picture sleeves be the same as for the UK discography all over Europe.

To be noticed though, is a German-only release of 'Respectable' with 'Just My Imagination' on the flip side instead of 'When The Whip Comes Down' - same artwork as the UK still.

'Send It To Me' also clearly was the A-side of 'She's So Cold', unlike everywhere else - but the UK design remained.

As for France and Holland, a special promo issue was made for 'Emotional Rescue'.



From 1981 onwards, all yellow stock labels bore the mention 'made in the EEC' in the rim line, instead of 'made in Germany'.

Promo or test copies came out in a black & white neutral sleeve simply titled 'Muster zu Ihrer Information'.



Exclusive to Germany is a cheesy 'Oldie Collection' reissue of 'Brown Sugar' from 1982, b/w 'Tumbling Dice', wrongly housed in a picture sleeve depicting an early 60's line-up with Brian Jones (!).
