Belgian 7" discography / The 'Golden Hit-Parade' series 
The 'Golden Hit-Parade' series are reissues and compilations mostly issued in between 1970 and 1974 in France and Belgium.
The Belgian 'GHP' collection is less numerous than the French one, but different designs of sleeves exist. Here again, some Belgian discs were intended for distribution into imported French covers - so possible back PS variations may apply as well, see the French section for details.
Three different designs of picture sleeves exist for these series, the last of which being Belgian-only:
Design I: cover has golden coins in the upper background, above a round picture on red background [2 titles - 1970].
Design II: 'full' PS with the red and yellow 'Golden Hit-Parade' logo in the upper left corner [7 titles - 1971+].
Design III: 'full' PS with the Belgian black and yellow 'GHP' logo in the upper left corner [4 titles - 1979 - some colored vinyls].
'Carol' / 'Not Fade Away' limited issue on orange vinyl - a Belgian-only idea from the late 70's - PS of type III.

'Lady Jane' / 'Paint It, Black', a unique coupling and cover to Belgium, with a shrinked GHP logo of type II on front of its textured cover and a label misspelling 'Painted Black' is one of the rarest from these series.
'Lady Jane' was also reissued later as the flip side of 'Honky Tonk Women' with another Belgian only number.
Another great success was 'Carol' as the 10 different pressings of this song for these Belgian GHP series only can attest.
The 4 Belgian-only releases with covers of type III, present many labels variations. If their covers are not very tasty, the colored vinyl issues on gold labels are quite interesting and rare.
The 3 last releases of these series again offer label variations into French PS, but for each, a Belgian PS with a complete - yellow - different back was also issued and is pretty scarce.
By far, the 'Tell Me' cover [GHP 84.155] is the rarest of all : strangely, it mentions number 84.155 on front and 79.604-Y on back, housing a '79.604Y' record inside [preceeded by '125/' or '125-'], slightly different from the ones to be found into the previous 79604 PS. Note that no Belgian labels exist with number 84.155, but five variations can be found for the 79.604 number.
Regarding pressings sharing catalogue numbers with France, many slight labels variations exist due to the presence or not of a big 'A' on the A-side, the disposition of the Sabam logo (on the right or left), and/or the Belgian prefix for the catalogue number which either uses a slash [eg: 129/84.090Y] or a dash [129-84.090Y] sign.
