From 1978 to 1984, Belgium will only release 'Miss You', whom back cover is upside down, and 'Respectable' - for which two different pictures sleeves were printed:
the unique yellow art sleeve for the latter is more common than the Belgian print of the usual - UK - colourful design.
For some reason, a special blue titled sleeve is created to sell American copies of 'Emotional Rescue' [RS 20001] in 1980, but no printing information shows on it.
