It comes with a pink plinth, as pictured. An art sleeve was created for 'Come On' [882130 7], a track that never was issued before on 7" in Germany. Note that 'The Last Time' [882138 7] is a remix version of this track. 'Get Off Of My Cloud' [882140 7] reverts the export B-side 'I'm Free' for the original UK one 'The Singer Not The Song' there.
