Wednesday July 6 - 8pm; Rain or Shine Tickets $10.00 on sale at all T.R.S. outlets and the Forum Box Office. No bottles or cans permitted into the olympic stadium This was the night of one well known concert tour incident. During the performance, Roger Waters started to sing "Pigs on the Wing 2", but was interrupted by an audience member setting off a firecracker near the stage. He stopped singing and shouted out, "Oh, for f-'s sake. Stop letting off fireworks and shouting and screaming. I'm trying to sing a song." And the crowd cheered. It would be remembered as an important date in Floydian history because not only did the band give on of their finest, most inspired performances, but Roger Waters spat in the face of an out of control fan. The spitting incident and his general feelings about the 1977 tout led Roger Waters to develop the concepts which became the Wall. This poster was bought in the 80s in Montreal. I cannot guarantee this is original but it's definitely not a 21st century edition! Will answer any question.
