Grading

All items are in near mint (nm) condition (highest grade), unless stated.
When 2 grades appear, cover is graded first, then record.
Conservative European grading is used: ss - nm - ex - vg - g, with (+) or (-) indicating slightly better or worse for each grade below nm. Nanook does not sell bootlegs, cd-r's, record club issues or fakes/ copies unless clearly stated in description.

PS = picture sleeve CS = company sleeve SS = still sealed poc = push-out center noc = no original center

tol = tear on label woc/wobc = writing on cover / writing on back cover wol/sol= writing on label / sticker on label soc = sticker on cover wlp = white label promo

Ordering

Add items to your shopping bag by clicking on the Add to bag record sign, get immediate 1st class airmail postage costs, review your order and get order confirmation and invoice through email. That's it. Depending on your chosen way of payment, order confirmation is sent to you immediately (paypal) or within 48 hours (other ways).

If you do not wish to register on the site but still want to order, you can also do it via email to nanook@stones7.com (you will have to cut and paste line by line any item of interest though). Keep in mind that registering is free and your personal datas guaranteed not to be shared, rent, sold, given away, etc, to any third parties; they are strictly for the use of processing orders.

Payment

Nanook Records offers instant payments via Paypal once you have confirmed your order.
Else, following your confirmation of the order, you have one week* to send payment in either Euros €, US$, or GBP £ through either:

• Paypal (no extra fees)
• Bank wire (in € for Europeans only)

For other possible ways of payment feel free to ask.
*Unpaid orders are automatically cancelled after 1 week.

Dispatching and delivery

All records are packed strong and sent out of their covers to avoid any risk of seam splits during transit.
CDs are sent without standard jewel boxes to avoid unnecessary weight / costs.
Orders are dispatched the next business day from France, an email notification is sent by then.
You can log in anytime and follow your order status.
You are welcome to leave a feedback when you have received your items.
